The media could not be loaded. My previous laptop has Windows 10 which will no longer be supported and wasn't eligible to be upgraded to Windows 11. This laptop is about a third of the price and comes with Windows 11 installed which addresses my issue. It is lightweight for easy transportation. The finish is nicely designed. The keyboard and track pad is responsive. The screen is a good size for clear visibility. It comes with plenty of inputs to add a monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers, external hard drives, and SD cards. The speakers and mic are decent. Upon initial boot up, set up was simple and fast. The processor feels much quicker than my previous laptop which was an older xps 13. It is also much quieter as my old laptop would usually produce a loud humming noise everytime it got a little hot. This laptop can get warm after extended usage but is expected and doesn't get uncomfortable. The amount of ram works well and allowed me to multitask without any noticeable lag. The storage space is plenty. My favorite feature is the battery size. This laptop lasted me several hours without having to worry about charging. Overall, for the price, I'm really happy with this laptop and the great value it provides.

Needed something for my daughter's online schooling and this is working really well so far. Daughter says it's working fine. I am a novice with setting up computers and this setup easily. My daughter set it for her specifications after the initial with no issues either.No lagging and it is working great with our wifi. Great inexpensive laptop. Got the Assurion protection plan just in case though. Since I had never heard of this brand before.
