I am very pleased so far with this product. I bought this for my daughter to use since I figured we were going to be out due to the shutdown. Best investment! She is used to using something similar at school. Easy to set up, log on, and get to work. She loves it. Easy for her to use and connect to websites and activities. Lightweight and sturdy at the same time.

I provided two of these Chromebooks to a private boarding school that needed computers quickly for students who were forced to complete their work by remote learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic. They were easy to configure and sufficient for the students to use since all their work is accomplished through a browser. The Chromebooks fit the need nicely because of the relatively low cost, simple user interface, and little need for computer savvy to maintain them. The Samsungs seem to be good quality and the systems were pretty much up to date as delivered. They are meeting the need.
