Mostly dissatisfied and past the return window. First biggest issue is the CPU and I blame Intel here, not Samsung. Laptop is overheating by just staying idle or browsing the internet. Next is the screen. I expected Amoled to represent the actual colors, but it's so off, especially the shades of blue, forget photo editing or even viewing if you're a pro. Yes it is vivid, nice thing if you want to burn your eyes. Lastly, it's claiming 18 hours battery life but it really is 4-5 hours. My previous Samsung laptop was a 2018 ultrabook and until now it holds 6-7 hours casual browsing / office work. I will try to sell it on ebay as used, I really hate it.On the positive side, it has room for two SSD drives which is not common for 14" laptops and the screen proportions of 16:10 are way better than typical 16:9, more square.
