Just received it today. Plugged in power and turned it on. Keyboard lights up, but screen remains blank. Tried to troubleshoot with Razer customer support, whom then said this is most likely due to a known issue which is posted on their website. No idea why they are even selling this without fixing the problem if its already a known issue. Complete waste of time.
