I hve owned razer and other products in the past and their product quality has gone down along with service. Bought a new Razer laptop 16 2025 and with 2 months of owning there are hardware issue. Instead of replacing they want me to mail it to run diagnosis and then try to repair. This is not the service I expected and the quality. Never buying razer product or will ever recommend it. Do not buy Razer laptop not worth the headache with support. I had bough mine directly from Razer. Wanted to share my finding so you can save your money for a better quality brand

Razer laptops are good for about a year, maybe two, before they die. I like most of their other products, but do not buy their laptops, support will ghost you, and they will not assist once it is past the first year. They will try and get more money out of you to try and fix them, but it ends up being the cost of a new laptop... There are multiple issues with the batteries and other components. If you buy one. good luck.
