Bought two Razer laptops. Both were defective out of the box.Constant black screen/login loops, system instability during Windows setup, random lockups, and extremely poor Wi-Fi performance compared to other devices on the same network. This happened before installing any software.At $2k per unit, this is unacceptable. A 100% failure rate across two machines points to serious quality control issues.Returned both. Do not recommend.

This computer is pretty and fast. I got it for video editing and it works very well with DaVinci. The screen is gorgeous but reflective.My only issue so far is that on occasion after boot, the keyboard doesn't work. After a reboot, it works 🤷
