Excellent laptop. I was surprised by how quick it is. I am writing this review with it. This is my second one. My other half needed a new laptop and the price was right on her Nimo. Got hers on a black Friday sale on Amazon. Both computers were a simple start up. Only thing I wish was better is the built in sound. Needs bass. I hooked up external speakers. I like how thin it is, also the lit keyboard. 1 terabyte ssd. 32 gigs ram Intel 6 core, it's fast and the wifi works great.

Great customer service! I had ordered and received the silver model about a month ago and it seemed to work fine... for a few days. Soon though it began to restart randomly. I'd get a Windows error and it would restart. They only things I had installed were Google apps, and that's what Nimo's tech support focused on. They answered the phone quickly and was in the process of helping me uninstall and reinstall Chrome when it kept restarting. They determined that it had to be a hardware issue that may have been caused in shipping. Within 2 days they sent me a new one (in blue this time) with a box and return shipping label.So far it works perfectly. It's fast and easy to use. The only issue I have is with the keyboard, I'm just not used to the spacing yet and I'd prefer the number pad separated from the rest. Not big deal as I usually have a separate keyboard.Knowing this company will stand behind their products bumped my opinion to 5 stars.
