Fantastic experience so far! My 5-year-old Mac needed to be replaced, and I purchased this laptop in blue during Amazon Prime.I am no tech expert; This laptop provided super easy setup for me. It's got a numerical keyboard it's got a fantastic crisp clear large screen that is easily adjusted from dim to BRIGHT.This laptop has a fingerprint reader, so I just touch my finger instead of typing in a passcode to access. It has many ports of all types. and feels very solid.Also, it came with a letter from the CEO of NIMO along with email, and phone number to actual live humans who breathe and have a heartbeat.Overall, I feel that this laptop is a great value, and I get the impression that NIMO is actually intent on putting out high-quality products that are up-to-par with major large competitors such as Apple, etc. but without the hype.

Nice laptop but the description is misleading. It just says Windows 11 but the description says for "business". I thought it had Windows 11 Pro but it does not. It is running Windows HOME version....
