I just got this laptop for Christmas. I am using it for Sims 4 to play, i heard its not a high-end game laptop. i did read that it would work fine for the Sims though. so far i was using it for 2 days and everything worked speedy and big screen with great graphics! you can add more storage if needed.the one thing I thought negative is the battery life when you play your games goes low fast. i kept mine plugged in. just make sure it's on a flat surface. it does get hot fast if not. for the price i spent, i think it's a pretty good product. I love its USA assembled and ready to go as soon as you open it. the setup was not hard at all. overall, for the price you pay it goes over and beyond.

Update on Refund: It's been 30 days and the company states the laptop is still "In Information Entry Stage". Steer clear from this company. At this point I'm of the opinion that this is a scam. They peddle subpar hardware, overpromise product performance, and have terrible customer service. After multiple failures from this vendor to uphold their end of the refund and issue me my money, I've contacted Amazon directly and got one through them. If you're looking for a laptop for gaming, this will not suit your needs. If you're looking for a laptop for schoolwork or office work, you can find better, cheaper, elsewhere. If I could issue less than a star, I would. This company has provided the worst experience I've had on Amazon to date.Averages 30 - 45 FPS on Fortnite on the lowest possible settings with 1080 resolution downscaled to 30%. I also tried 7 Days to Die, and averaged roughly 50 FPS. This is NOT a gaming PC. This runs extremely well for clerical work, and for office or school settings. If you're planning on buying this PC to play games, you will be severely disappointed by the performance.
