This laptop is as advertised. Fires up quick, works great, no issues whatsoever! At this price point you just can't get any better than that!

I started a Master's program and needed a school laptop. The features and good reviews convinced me to purchase this one. Out of the box start up was smooth. The fingerprint sensor worked great and I liked some of the features like the lighted keyboard. I had an issue with the touch pad early on and it took a while to get a response from customer support, but they did respond and resolved the issue.After 2 months, though, I went to power it up and it would only stay on for a few seconds and power off. I was getting an error message and at times a blue screen. I was quite stressed because I had several papers due. I went to the Nimo website and selected the chat option. I started to type a message and a pop up said to enter the question and a rep would contact me. I entered the issue, screen shots, as well as what I had tried to fix it. I waited for days and no response. I went back to the chat and submitted an eta request. Still nothing. Next I submitted an email, but it took a day or two as well. They did finally respond, did not offer any type of apology for the delay and sent me a return label. While initially I had planned to request repair, I ultimately requested a refund. I really need quicker support for this key piece of tech. Bummer, as I did like it and prefer to support younger businesses, just need the support to back this product.
