I play world of Warcraft and Diablo 4. This laptop runs like a dream on the highest settings. Not one time does it seem like it's strained. The temperature never gets high. In window mode I can play and run multiple other applications without missing a beat. Beautiful system. My best buy in a long time

Great hardware for the money. Haven't been using this laptop for too long, but so far it's great. Very fast. Can handle dense multi-image editing on photoshop. (My last laptop had 16 GB of RAM with a Ryzen 3 chip and it got ridiculously bogged down with the same editing job.) Durable metal shell with an attractive deep blue color--looks very sharp.Customer Service is also great. I returned my first laptop after only a few days, and they sent me a replacement before they even received the one I sent back, which brings me to the only con I've found so far. The speakers are tinny and can't handle loud volume well. In fact, that's why I sent the first one back. The right speaker would distort a bit at higher pitches. I thought it was a defect, but the new laptop does the same thing. Otherwise the laptop is great, just don't get it hoping for stellar speakers. Personally, it's not a big deal. I use my tv or wireless speaker when I want great sound. I would easily trade top-line speakers for speed and memory at this price.

The media could not be loaded. When I first booted this laptop up, it presented me with a "defaultuser0" account that I didn't know the password to. I completely wiped this laptop's SSD and reinstalled Windows to play it safe, and after that it worked like a charm with regular setup. I did have to find drivers online for the touchpad afterward though.Getting at the SSD to do all of this was thankfully pretty easy, since the bottom panel was removable with a few tiny screws. I noticed that there is only a single slot for RAM in there, but it isn't soldered on so I was able to upgrade it with a 16 gig stick at least. The N97 is no gaming powerhouse but it plays some older titles still, and the laptop works great for work like emails and browsing the internet.
