I'm still setting up my new laptop, but here are some observations I've had. The boot-up is a little slower than my Lenovo, but not bad. During the setup process there was an option to have favorites, bookmarks and documents automatically transferred from my old laptop. That part was nice. However, I couldn't get the fingerprint-security feature to work. I tried it 2 different times and had to put in my 4-digit password instead. it's a little disappointing that the feature doesn't work. I was more disappointed that certain shortcut icons weren't preloaded on my desktop, such as 'control panel', 'my network', etc. There was a point during the setup that common apps were shown, allowing me to install those apps, but I couldn't get facebook to work at first. I had to go into settings on my old computer and make sure the app notifications was on. The instructions were very brief and I had to look up things online. The longest part of the setup was transferring my Itunes library. I got it done using a flashstick, but if anyone else tries this, you need to transfer the 'itunes media' file, which I did by copying and pasting onto the flashstick and then dropping it into the music folder on your new laptop (I watched a video). I would've thought that when I installed Itunes, a media file would've been created at the same time, but it wasn't. Overall, so far I'm satisfied with my purchase, but wish there were more instructions and a few things preloaded on my desktop.
