For the most part, the item was nice to have but it didn't live up to the described RAM memory that it claims to have. The internal memory was around 1TB, so that was nice too, but after a month and a half, it started to freeze while I was on a programming IDE and Notepad++ then it would slow down or freeze while I was on the internet browser itself. Having the biometrics for sign in was nice and the light up keyboard was very pretty. On top of that, the battery lasted longer than 3 hours while not plugged in, so overall it was great for the pice I bought it at.
