Update!!After this review we were contacted by the seller in which they apologized for the inconvenience and would like to offer a full refund. Just reply 'Full refund' in the reply section and submit it. This was done and the seller responded back by apologizing for the inconvenience and asking why we wanted to return the product. So again we stated that this computer does not perform as advertised as a gaming computer and cannot play modern games. The seller responded back by stating this computer is designed for small games and does not support the high load of large games. They than gave us recommendations to improve the computer so it would possibly play our sons games. These recommendations were already performed prior by me and did not work which I replied back to the seller. The seller again came back and stated sorry and our technical staff has been notified and will review it and be back with you in 24 hours. The seller responded back again stating they were sorry that the performance of the product did not meet our expectations, and we are deeply guilty of bringing you a bad experience. Bad experience really!! This product is advertised as a gaming computer which it is NOT!! It is a couch computer you use to surf the web with or watch video's, or possibly play Farmville with!! Our consolation prize for duped by this company is that they would like to send us $50!! I guess it's better than nothing but in the product page on Amazon for this computer it does state ( Frequently returned item) Buyer's Beware!! Negative 5 Star Review!!If I could give this computer negative stars, I would. I purchased this for my son to play games on. Big mistake. This computer lags really badly and he is not able to use it to play games with. This was purchased as a Christmas present but the time frame to return it has passed. This is now a really expensive door stop. Buyer Beware: Do not purchase this computer if you want to play games on it.

This is an excellent Laptop for the price. If you are paying bills, watching videos or movies, checking your email, surfing the Web. It does get hot, but I bought a cheap laptop cooler to put under it and I have never had an issue with over heating. This is a gaming laptop so I tested call of duty which took an hour to download only to be told the BIOS was out of date and I could not play it. Needless to say, I did not go through with that at this time. I cannot confirm this is excellent for gaming but it is one of the fastest laptops I have ever had and will not disappoint in daily tasks.
