This computer is inoperable, this is the second computer this week that does not work. Amazon should take responsibility for this type of situations.I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with Amazon and this product.

I watched a few videos and part of a movie to test it out, and the playback was smooth with no lag or freezing. The 256GB SSD has more than enough room for school files and projects, and it loads everything quickly.Setup was quick and intuitive, and I appreciated that the instructions were clear. It comes with plenty of ports, so I don’t have to use a hub or splitter. I love that it includes a built-in numeric keypad, a feature that is sometimes hard to find. It boots up quickly and handles everyday tasks like browsing, streaming, and writing papers without any issues.The touchpad works fine, though I prefer using a mouse, and the Bluetooth connectivity makes pairing devices simple. The built-in speakers are okay for casual use, but the volume could be a little higher, so I’ve been using external Bluetooth speakers instead.Overall, this is a reliable, budget-friendly laptop that’s perfect for students, home offices, or anyone who needs something for everyday tasks.
