I have to admit, I love and hate this thing lol. Advice: don’t update the BIOS just yet lol.When I first got it, it needed a lot of updates lol. The latest BIOS was "E159KAMS.114." Lol. Had I known what that meant, I wouldn’t have bothered, but I thought I’d see how Doom Age of Slayers plays… So I decided to update all the drivers anyway… warning be damned lol.Here’s what the description said:> If the system has BitLocker “Enabled,” be sure to review all details in the guideline before starting the BIOS update. When updating this BIOS, be sure to update your AMD graphics card driver to version 32.0.13022.5002.Had I totally understood that, I might not have bothered…So, you can update the BIOS, and it even has an option to downgrade it.. ok Most do i know Whatever lol, It was a kind of motivation to BIOS update hahaha. However, I haven’t found a way to Download any lower versions than what’s posted on the website. That’s unusual because usually OEM websites offer several BIOS versions. Now I can’t go back hahaha, oh well, how bad can it get? All updates are done, and I go to play a reel, YouTube, ANY video!!Hmm, if I mute the sound, the video plays fine. If I leave the sound on, it looks like buffering or stuttering lol. No worries, though—on the website, there are a total of 9 drivers LMFAO.Now, about "32.0.13022.5002" again:> When updating AMD Graphics Driver 32.0.13022.5002, also update the BIOS to E159KAMS.114/314 or newer.For some reason, once I loaded the newest "AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 25.6.1 (WHQL Recommended)," the buffering issue still wasn’t fixed. But I figured, do updates via Windows, then drivers Graphic Driver from the website, then drivers from Adrenalin—voilà, the video works yahoo! Now, time for some fun testing. Load up "Adrenalin," find the setting to dedicate RAM—people say you don’t really need it, but if you’re like me, you’ll want to. Normal use: 4GB. Heavy :8GB. Gaming: 16GB. Reboot, go into BIOS, switch to performance mode, and change auto setting for delaying boot too manually delay boot by 5 seconds… you’re welcome! Now, your fingerprint scanner will work on every boot, whether plugged in or not—random lol. Boot into Windows, crank up game settings ("look it up lol”). I did this first, but lol, MSI Center 5 offers a performance mode.Your choice of fan: auto or boost. I have a laptop mat that goes up to 2500RPM, left it on auto; CPU stayed around 80°C, and the 880M built into the AI 365 ran at similar temps. I didn’t push it too hard—just played around, ran around killing stuff for about 30 mins. It kept around 30 FPS, with all scaling and other settings turned on—you’re a gamer lol. If not, just know this setup is pretty decent. Low-shadow catch, Epic - Shadows, Ultra Nightmare—most settings in Ultra.. Look Up Doom blah blah 4060 Game Settings Ultra.. i have a 4060 so i kind of used that for basics... That was fun.Next, I loaded the AI mode From Performance in MSI Center, set dedicated VRAM to 4GB. I have seen anywhere from 11 to 8 hours on this laptop’s battery—this is just with minimal watching videos but a lot of tab use and other apps. Also, I have it set up to be Balanced to Power Saver settings when not plugged in and Max Performance when it is; the AI does a good job on the MSI hardware side but you can help a good bit on the Windows side. look up Power saver Mode Windows 11 Pro also Performance Power Mode.. yes it has windows 11 pro lol..Now, the not-so-great part: stability. Nope, I wouldn’t call it stable. I still get BSODs; maybe it’s the SSD, not entirely sure. Happens Random and I have a month to return it, so I’ll keep troubleshooting. Also, RAM isn’t upgradeable 32GB MAX It's On the Board—only 1x M.2 PCIe 4x4, max 4TB (or maybe 8TB—I haven't looked into that yet). Oh, and the charger? Bro, what’s with that cable—longer on the block than the one that goes into the wall—a joke lol. The pen is cool, but MSI’s pen software? Useless; Windows does a better job with there pen Software. I don’t even use the pen, but at this price, getting one was a steal. The screen is beautiful—one of the best specs I’ve seen for a full 2-in-1. Aside from minor quirks I can live with, however, I’m NOT a normal computer user. If you are, hey, you might still be fine, but I can't really say because I can't downgrade the BIOS to check if the original is free of the BSOD. So, I’ll decide whether to keep it or send it back—only time will tell, lol.Given this thing the benefit of the doubt, I would say it's awesome, but I baby my stuff—air mat, hard case, laptop Backpack, and so forth—so durability seems enough, lol, but I don't plan on testing it out. However, if you want to see if you can get anything even close to this for $1,099.99 plus tax, bringing the total to $1,165.99, good luck. I looked for months. This does have a newer variant with a 255H and a 4050, or a 155H with a 4050 or 4060. If you want more power, you can look into them, but they are around what you could get a mid/high-ish range gaming laptop for, lol—just not with the cool extras.. these come with: 2× M.2 and 6-8 GB VRAM. Random, though, again, lol. Enjoy—I am so far. If I remember, I’ll update whether I returned it or not.

Lamentablemente e presentado mis reclamos y no me dan solución la laptop esta dañado y e perdido mi dinero. Pésimo. Muy mal control de calidad no se como pueden entregar un equipo defectuoso
