Visually, this laptop looks amazing. Love all the LEDs and rgb bells and whistles. The screen and color production look great using the mini LEDs too. Only tested a few games so far, but the performance and speed seem pretty good as well. One complaint about this purchase is that the product title advertises the screen as 144hz when it only comes as 120hz max, so it was slightly misleading in that regard. That's nothing to do with the product itself, however, and more to do with the seller. My biggest complaint about this laptop is that it's LOUD. From simple online browsing to gaming, this laptop sounds like a jet engine. That'd nothing a good pair of noise canceling headphones can't solve, however. Temps seem good despite the noisy fans.

I ordered this laptop when it was on sale to replace an older Alienware laptop that finally was EOL.Shipping was fast , received in less then 48 hours from order but the first unit was DOA.I filed for an exchange and paid for a second one to expedite the process and would be refunded upon returned original item.3 days later got the new one and it had a dead panel. It worked fine if plugged into hdmi but the laptop panel itself was completely dead.This time I requested a full refund.Unfortunately before I received my first one , Due to the specs and the price at the time I recommended it to a work mate who ended up also purchasing one. Unfortunately hers also suffered a similar fate as it would turn on but never make past the bios splash screen.
