We’re supposed to have windows 11 Pro but it has Windows 11 home edition. Also, the advertising is confusing when I bought the product it said Microsoft store as the vendor now it turns out that this unknown vendor 11 bit is the one who sold it to us, and the box was scarcely packed and it looks like a recondition unit.After researching online, I found thisBrand new from Microsoft (consumer/retail versions), the box is typically a sleek white or color-accented design with the Surface logo, rather than plain brown (which is often for business/education or refurbished units).I’ve included a picture of the box I received, and then I looked online for what a brand new Windows surface laptop should be boxed in. I’ve been scammed.
