It’s a good thing I’m a pc tech and can troubleshoot issues. Windows main board driver issue was causing display issues at first. Once I found the corrupt driver and reinstalled the laptops been great and I’ve had no further issues!!!

Checked it out, ran some pc check programs. I bought this for around 500$ for “good” quality, seems the only issue is the battery capacity - which is still at good standing after 1.6yrs of use (which is what it calculated prior to me receiving it). I was so excited to decorate 🙂. I’m using this Microsoft surface laptop 5 for college in a few weeks. Everything seems great on day1, and I’ll contact if I have any issues in the future.
