MS Surface Labtop is one of the most reliable on the market. I have had a new Surface2 for 4 years and despite a growing number of issues related to charging the battery (and poor charger design) the old Surface always recovered and kept working. I bought the refurbished Surface 4 with an AMD processor and Windows 11. It was working great for 3 weeks, till it turned off and never recovered. So I decided to return it, as it was not working. It was a disappointment, as I already customized this Laptop for my needs, and now I have to change all passwords, credit cards #, etc. Big headache. I would blame a repair service, which was not done professionally. I will not buy the refurbished Surface product anymore and will not advice anyone to do the same
