Save your time and don't buy this product, it is renewed and mine came with so many issues. When I received the product, the outside even had damage, I figured it was fine but this laptop has had issues every 2 days since Ive received it. It will work for 2 days and then I will be locked out of it for 2 days, which is not okay because I have to be able to access this for my college and for personal use. I really wonder if my product has issues on the inside of it at this point because it never stops having problems. This product has left me beyond frustrated. Id love to be able to return this and get a brand new one or at least one that doesn't have damage OR issues at all. Or just a full refund because I have done nothing to it , for it to act this way. I wanted this to last me years but it already cant even last me 3 weeks. Do better amazon. This is really annoying and frustrating. Why am I being punished for spending this much money on a laptop… This picture shows how I am locked out of my laptop again. This has happened 5+ times already and I only purchased this less than 3 weeks ago.
