It arrived in perfect condition, no visible scratches, worked flawlessly. So far everything has been great. However I'm removing a star because I recieved a 65watt charger which is the one you get for the i5 model with iris graphics. The laptop gives the error that the charger is incorrect and charging slow because the one for this model is meant to be the 127watt charger. I'm sure it was an honest mistake and I can just get another charger, especially with how much of a good value this laptop is. Just something to look out for.

Overall, the product looks brand new upon arrival and performs well. However, after a year of use, the frequent overheating without an apparent reason has become frustrating, and the side ventilation placement is not ideal.
