This laptop is fantastic! The huge screen makes everything look stunning, whether I'm working or watching movies. It's incredibly fast and smooth, never lagging even with multiple apps open.

I thought I liked it until I didn't. The first three weeks I had it I had no problems with it. But out of nowhere it became increasingly slow. I kept seeing that Windows updates kept failing and I needed to reinstall Windows to repair components. . Was still crawling after the reinstsall. Nothing wrong with my wifi - have other devices using it and working fine. I tried multiple troubleshooting steps - driver updates, reinstalling drivers, network stack resets,etc. Not to mention that the computer came with no paperwork or name of manufacturer. There was a qr code sticker on the left corner of the laptop and when I scanned it all that came up was a WhatsApp foreign phone number to China. I guess if you are lucky and have no issues it's a nice computer with a big screen. But look out if a problem arises and you need help.
