Frequently Asked Questions

What does 'Copilot+ PC' mean for this laptop's performance?
This laptop is certified as a Copilot+ PC, which means it includes a dedicated Neural Processing Unit (NPU) capable of 47 TOPS. This hardware enables accelerated performance for AI features in Windows 11, such as live translation, Recall, and Cocreator, directly on the device.
Is the advertised 32 GB RAM soldered or upgradeable?
The 32 GB of memory uses LPDDR5X technology, which is typically soldered onto the motherboard in ultra-thin laptops like the Gram series. This configuration is not user-upgradeable after purchase.
Why is the manufacturer's box opened before shipping?
The original seal is opened by the seller to perform upgrades and testing to achieve the advertised specifications (32GB RAM, 2TB SSD). The laptop is inspected and the upgrades are installed before shipment, but it includes a full Windows 11 Pro license and all standard manufacturer warranties apply.
What display connectivity options does it support via its Thunderbolt 4 ports?
Each of the two Thunderbolt 4 ports supports DisplayPort Alt Mode and can drive an external display with up to 5K resolution at 60Hz, or two 4K displays simultaneously. The laptop also has a dedicated HDMI 2.1 port for additional monitor connections.
Are the included accessories packaged with the laptop?
No, any mentioned accessories (such as a stylus or adapter) are shipped separately in a different package and will not arrive in the same box as the laptop computer itself.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good So Far!

I heard mixed reviews on this. I took a chance and it's only been 2 weeks, but so far so good. The Alienware software takes about 10 to 20 seconds to load when first opening it. after that 5-10. The back end got flack for being too big. But Who is really carrying around a 16 inch gaming laptop. Keys feel great. RGB is good. Keys are clear and not blinding like most RGB backlits. Design is good imo. feels premium. Cam is decent. Touch pad is smooth. Display is nice, all text is clear and colors are good. I heard many people complaining about the brightness levels. But in a dark room I actually turn the brightness down. And in my home with normal outdoor light coming in, I have no issues with the brightness. 2 usb 2 usb c, this is the only downside. in my opinion. I wish there was one more. I do like there are no cables coming from the sides. All ports in back. Cleaner desk look. will update if I have any issues.

1.0 out of 5 stars Do not buy this laptop!!!

This laptop is a GIANT waste of money. It didn't last for 2 weeks before the system stopped charging itself and shut down. I had to return it without being able to remove my data. I am VERY disappointed with this product and purchase.
