What does 'AI Copilot+ PC' mean for this specific LG gram model?
This laptop is certified as a Copilot+ PC, which means its hardware—specifically the Intel Core Ultra 9 288V processor with a dedicated Neural Processing Unit (NPU) capable of 47 TOPS—is optimized to run advanced AI features in Windows 11 Pro, enabling accelerated on-device AI tasks and seamless integration with Microsoft's Copilot assistant.
How does the battery life of 'up to 23.5 hours' translate to real-world use?
The 23.5-hour rating is based on a specific video playback test. For general mixed use involving web browsing, document editing, and light applications, you can expect significantly fewer hours, though still a very long runtime due to the efficient Intel Ultra 9 processor and the laptop's lightweight design.
What are the exact video output capabilities via its ports?
You can connect external displays using either of the two Thunderbolt 4 (USB-C 4.0) ports, which support 5K resolution, or the HDMI 2.1 port. The integrated Intel Arc graphics can drive these displays alongside the laptop's native 2560x1600 touchscreen.
The description mentions the manufacturer's box is opened. What modifications were made?
According to the provided details, the original seal was opened solely to upgrade and test the components to achieve the advertised specifications: 32 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and a 1 TB PCIe NVMe SSD. The laptop itself is the 2025 LG gram 17 model (17Z90TL-H.AUB8U3) and is not refurbished.
Is the 17-inch touchscreen suitable for outdoor or bright room use?
Yes, the 17" WQXGA LCD touchscreen has an anti-glare coating to reduce reflections and a brightness of 320 nits, which helps improve visibility in well-lit environments. The 99% sRGB color gamut also ensures accurate color representation for creative work.
Great computer, fast easy to set up and lots of shortcut buttons. Would recommend

1.0 out of 5 stars Too many useless programs
Constant overheating constant notifications that it runs a different resolution 4 different audio software's pre installed 3 different graphics driver pre installed I don't know what the makers were thinking but I know for a fact I'm never buying Alienware againalso I've had it for less than a year and keys are already starting to fail
I heard mixed reviews on this. I took a chance and it's only been 2 weeks, but so far so good. The Alienware software takes about 10 to 20 seconds to load when first opening it. after that 5-10. The back end got flack for being too big. But Who is really carrying around a 16 inch gaming laptop. Keys feel great. RGB is good. Keys are clear and not blinding like most RGB backlits. Design is good imo. feels premium. Cam is decent. Touch pad is smooth. Display is nice, all text is clear and colors are good. I heard many people complaining about the brightness levels. But in a dark room I actually turn the brightness down. And in my home with normal outdoor light coming in, I have no issues with the brightness. 2 usb 2 usb c, this is the only downside. in my opinion. I wish there was one more. I do like there are no cables coming from the sides. All ports in back. Cleaner desk look. will update if I have any issues.

1.0 out of 5 stars Do not buy this laptop!!!
This laptop is a GIANT waste of money. It didn't last for 2 weeks before the system stopped charging itself and shut down. I had to return it without being able to remove my data. I am VERY disappointed with this product and purchase.
