What is the specific processor model and its key performance specs?
This laptop is equipped with an Intel Core Ultra 9 Series 2 processor, model 288V. It features 8 cores (4 Performance-cores and 4 Low Power Efficiency-cores), with P-cores reaching up to 5.1GHz and LPE-cores up to 3.7GHz. It includes a 12MB Smart Cache and a 48TOPS Neural Processing Unit (NPU) for AI tasks.
Is the box sealed, and why might it have been opened?
The manufacturer's original seal is opened by the seller for the purpose of upgrading components. This is done to test, inspect, and install the specific upgrades (like the 32GB RAM and 4TB SSD in this configuration) to achieve the advertised specifications before shipping.
What are the exact dimensions, weight, and durability features?
The laptop measures 14.91 inches wide, 10.19 inches deep, and 0.74 inches thick, weighing 3.22 pounds. It is designed for portability and has been tested to meet seven military-grade standards (MIL-STD-810H) for durability against shocks, vibrations, and extreme conditions.
What type of RAM and storage is installed, and are they upgradeable?
This configuration comes with 32GB of LPDDR5X RAM running at 8533MHz and a 4TB Solid State Drive (SSD). The description notes these are installed upgrades. LPDDR5X memory is typically soldered to the motherboard, meaning it is not user-upgradeable after purchase.
What video output and high-speed connectivity ports are available?
For video output, it has one HDMI 2.1 port and two USB4 Type-C ports that also support DisplayPort and Thunderbolt 4. For high-speed data and charging, it includes those two USB4/Thunderbolt 4 ports and two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports. It also features Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.3.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good So Far!
I heard mixed reviews on this. I took a chance and it's only been 2 weeks, but so far so good. The Alienware software takes about 10 to 20 seconds to load when first opening it. after that 5-10. The back end got flack for being too big. But Who is really carrying around a 16 inch gaming laptop. Keys feel great. RGB is good. Keys are clear and not blinding like most RGB backlits. Design is good imo. feels premium. Cam is decent. Touch pad is smooth. Display is nice, all text is clear and colors are good. I heard many people complaining about the brightness levels. But in a dark room I actually turn the brightness down. And in my home with normal outdoor light coming in, I have no issues with the brightness. 2 usb 2 usb c, this is the only downside. in my opinion. I wish there was one more. I do like there are no cables coming from the sides. All ports in back. Cleaner desk look. will update if I have any issues.

1.0 out of 5 stars Do not buy this laptop!!!
This laptop is a GIANT waste of money. It didn't last for 2 weeks before the system stopped charging itself and shut down. I had to return it without being able to remove my data. I am VERY disappointed with this product and purchase.
