My title comments might be in relationship to comparing to my previous computer which required me to upgrade after postponing it for a while.I'm always nervous about the learning curve for a new device.It was very easy to transfer all my information,. However, it comes with windows 11 pre-installed. I downgraded to Windows 10 because I did not like the feel of windows 11. Even though I am not a Tech person, it was fairly easy (viva you tube tutorials! ). One problem I am seeing Is that Microsoft wants to force you into logging in through them, into your Microsoft account. They are quite insistent and it is hard to get away from that. But the computer itself is great!

This is my second LG Gram, which I use primarily as my travel laptop because it is so light and easy to carry, since we all still need to take out our laptops going through airport screeners. Solid build quality, good performance, decently bright, above average battery life, good webcam--just an all-around good work laptop. No touchscreen (which I don't like anyway). Not bright enough to use outside in the sun, but if you are travelling and working inside, this is an excellent option.
