Frequently Asked Questions
What is the actual storage capacity of this specific model?
This specific configuration comes with a 4 TB SSD, as listed in the title and specs. The description mentions the storage can be upgraded 'up to 8 TB SSD', but the unit you are purchasing has the 4 TB capacity installed.
Is the display on this laptop matte or glossy?
The 17-inch display has an anti-glare surface, which is a matte finish designed to reduce reflections under bright lighting.
What does 'Copilot+ PC' mean for this laptop?
Copilot+ PC indicates this laptop meets specific Microsoft requirements for AI performance, including a dedicated Neural Processing Unit (NPU) to accelerate AI tasks within Windows 11 Pro and applications that leverage it.
How many Thunderbolt 4 ports does it have, and what other video outputs are available?
It has two Thunderbolt 4 ports (which support video, data, and charging) and one separate HDMI 2.1 port for connecting external displays or TVs.
The description mentions the manufacturer's box is opened. Why is that, and does it affect the warranty?
According to the product statement, the original seal is opened solely to perform the advertised upgrades (like installing the 4 TB SSD and 32 GB RAM in this configuration) and for testing. The laptop itself is new with upgraded components. Warranty terms would be based on the seller's or LG's policy for such customized units.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good So Far!
I heard mixed reviews on this. I took a chance and it's only been 2 weeks, but so far so good. The Alienware software takes about 10 to 20 seconds to load when first opening it. after that 5-10. The back end got flack for being too big. But Who is really carrying around a 16 inch gaming laptop. Keys feel great. RGB is good. Keys are clear and not blinding like most RGB backlits. Design is good imo. feels premium. Cam is decent. Touch pad is smooth. Display is nice, all text is clear and colors are good. I heard many people complaining about the brightness levels. But in a dark room I actually turn the brightness down. And in my home with normal outdoor light coming in, I have no issues with the brightness. 2 usb 2 usb c, this is the only downside. in my opinion. I wish there was one more. I do like there are no cables coming from the sides. All ports in back. Cleaner desk look. will update if I have any issues.

1.0 out of 5 stars Do not buy this laptop!!!
This laptop is a GIANT waste of money. It didn't last for 2 weeks before the system stopped charging itself and shut down. I had to return it without being able to remove my data. I am VERY disappointed with this product and purchase.
