Frequently Asked Questions
Is the 8TB SSD storage original from LG or a third-party upgrade?
The 8TB SSD is an aftermarket upgrade. The seller's description confirms the manufacturer's box was opened to test, inspect, and install upgrades to achieve the advertised specifications. The storage capacity is not a standard factory configuration from LG.
What is the actual installed operating system, Windows 11 Home or Pro?
This laptop comes with Windows 11 Pro installed, as specified in the product details. The 'Copilot+ PC' marketing refers to AI features within Windows 11, not a different OS version.
What accessories are included and how are they delivered?
Accessories are delivered separately and are not packaged with the computer itself. The listing mentions a 'high value item' is shipped separately, but does not specify what those accessories are.
What is the purpose of the Neural Processing Unit (NPU) in the Intel Ultra 7 processor?
The dedicated Neural Processing Unit (NPU) is a hardware component designed to efficiently handle on-device AI and machine learning tasks, which is a core requirement for the 'Copilot+ PC' features in Windows 11, enabling faster AI workloads without relying solely on the CPU or GPU.
Does the laptop's 23.5-hour battery life claim apply to general use or a specific test?
The 'up to 23.5 hours' battery life is based on a specific video playback test under ideal conditions. Real-world battery life for tasks like web browsing, office work, or using AI features will be significantly lower and varies based on usage, settings, and screen brightness.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good So Far!
I heard mixed reviews on this. I took a chance and it's only been 2 weeks, but so far so good. The Alienware software takes about 10 to 20 seconds to load when first opening it. after that 5-10. The back end got flack for being too big. But Who is really carrying around a 16 inch gaming laptop. Keys feel great. RGB is good. Keys are clear and not blinding like most RGB backlits. Design is good imo. feels premium. Cam is decent. Touch pad is smooth. Display is nice, all text is clear and colors are good. I heard many people complaining about the brightness levels. But in a dark room I actually turn the brightness down. And in my home with normal outdoor light coming in, I have no issues with the brightness. 2 usb 2 usb c, this is the only downside. in my opinion. I wish there was one more. I do like there are no cables coming from the sides. All ports in back. Cleaner desk look. will update if I have any issues.

1.0 out of 5 stars Do not buy this laptop!!!
This laptop is a GIANT waste of money. It didn't last for 2 weeks before the system stopped charging itself and shut down. I had to return it without being able to remove my data. I am VERY disappointed with this product and purchase.
