I would have sworn the description said backlit keyboard when I clicked the order button but it doesn't now, so my mistake. Also, it doesn't have a touchscreen but I was asked to rate that feature. The keyboard is pretty good although certain keys occasionally don't always click. The battery life is fantastic so far. I use it off and on, all day, while unplugged. The screen is okay, it's good, not great. It chugs a little more than expected when I'm doing research which requires a lot of browser tabs and documents open at the same time. At full price it's not a good deal and I would recommend something else.

I've been a Dell guy for past few years. but, I thought I would try a LG system this time since they had what needed. The laptop was simple to setup. Light weight and great esthetic features. Has a real nice onboard handbook to get me on my way. They updated the LG software and firmware. Then they gave me choice of what extra LG I might like loaded, instead of just loading software I don't need. I'm off to a good start with LG.
