good little machine, but you have to request a win11 key FROM A 3RD PARTY VENDOR FROM INDIA.you will have a pc but you may wait a while to get a win11 key .So now you have a pc you can"t use.I had mine over a week waiting. finally I had to return it.

I am far from a computer genius and have found other computers to be more complicated than I know how to deal with. I am not a gamer nor am I a using the computer for work. I really love this computer. It works great for the casual user. It is light weight, stays cool which is very important to me for a laptop from my experience. The Lenovo brand has an opening page which gives helpful tips on how the computer is operating and, if you need to install drivers, gives helpful tips on that as well. It keeps track of my power usage and does a good job of adjusting it. I find using it to be pretty intuitive even for me.Price wise I think it was very reasonable considering it's power and ability which is actually more than I needed but it's nice to know I can do more if I should want to.
