This is the worst laptop. I suspect the seller sent me a refurbished laptop, which would be a fraud.I just recently started using this laptop, and it shuts down on me suddenly. I have never had a laptop to shut down like this one. The machine just goes dark, and you are unable to restart it right away. This laptop is garbage. I will not buy a laptop on Amazon ever again because bad sellers can sell you refurbished garbage.
