I purchased this product on May 3rd, and it has recently stopped working. This was a refurbished computer, and that was not disclosed when I bought it. I am trying to return the laptop or get a new one. The warranty ended way before I purchased the computer. I took it to Geek Squad and they cannot fix it. It will not turn on and has had a hard resest three times and worked fine afterwards for a day.

In great condition. Works fine, came as expected. Love it.Edit.Everything was working fine until I decided to double tap and hold the touchpad to drag a folder, the touchpad is now stuck at this prompt and tries to select and highlight even when I am simply just moving the mouse. This s***ks, I have tried everything possible but it doesn't work.
