The laptop looked so great and in excellent condition. However, once I went through set up and it went into hibernation, I kept getting non -stop Blue screen of death notifications. I would restart and it would be okay until I stopped working on it. happened 4x the first day. Seller's response, check power options. I had to google and try an update of BIOS and turn of Power options. no help. Couldn't get another reply from the seller so I returned it. What a bummer! I really wanted to keep it. Wish seller would've sent me a new one but they didn't get back to me all day and I Need the laptop asap. Had to return and shop again for one that could be overnighted. super frustrating.

Yes, the laptop works fine, the only issue, but I think that it was customs fault, is that a small part of the cover on the left side hinge area is broken, the small part came out as soon as I opened the box, so I don't think it was broken when it was shipped, but when customs checked the contents of the box they might forced it and broken that part. So, laptop still working fine.
