1.0 out of 5 stars Don’t buy from these people.
By Brandon vincent
I wasn’t going to write a review and I was trying to give them the benefit of doubt but here I am. I purchased a Lenovo x13 gen2 thinkpad, for 315 dollars with tax, I received it in a day and when I boot it up it goes to the boot menu, well after restarting it a couple of times and going through it with Lenovo tech I was able to get into it and donthe windows installed and sign into my Microsoft account and even do my sctx4 update, and then it rebooted on me and I can’t get past the boot menu anymore, and I contacted them and they wanted to send it back to them and since I can’t get back into the system on the computer I can’t wipe it clean so if I send it back to them tell have some of my sensitive information. Lenovo told me that the hard drive is more than likely not seated properly or may have crapped out. And if I send it back I have to wait for them to receive it and wait up to ten days to get my money back.

great laptop for the price. The 16GB RAM and 512GB ssd provide smooth performance and the 180° hinge is a nice touch. Windows 11 runs well, and the sleek Silver Gray design looks premium. Highly recommend!

5.0 out of 5 stars Rocky setup, but end result was worth it

The media could not be loaded. When I first booted this laptop up, it presented me with a "defaultuser0" account that I didn't know the password to. I completely wiped this laptop's SSD and reinstalled Windows to play it safe, and after that it worked like a charm with regular setup. I did have to find drivers online for the touchpad afterward though.Getting at the SSD to do all of this was thankfully pretty easy, since the bottom panel was removable with a few tiny screws. I noticed that there is only a single slot for RAM in there, but it isn't soldered on so I was able to upgrade it with a 16 gig stick at least. The N97 is no gaming powerhouse but it plays some older titles still, and the laptop works great for work like emails and browsing the internet.
