OEM 16GB of RAM was replaced with 32 GB of bad RAM and re-sold for a higher price. The bad RAM would cause the system to completely freeze about 6-8 times per work day. Had to hard reboot every time. Don't bother with any of these Amazon resellers, not worth your time.
