Was surprised how fast shipping was. The network adapter was missing, but the seller contacted me in less than 1 hour and had me order another one and refunded more than the replacement cost. setup was quicker than the last computer i bought and the file transfer went a lot better than the last replacement computer. I opted for the larger 1 TB hard drive with windows 11 pro with the lifetime office. Was surprised that Office was 2021 professional version. The included 512 SSD drive worked flawlessly and was quick to transfer the last of my files. Overall, very happy with this purchase. would buy from this vendor again
