I'll never be confused as a techy. I use my laptop for surfing the web, researching products, occasional zoom calls, Word&Excel, and shopping. I found it easy to set up and get started. It has no bloatware, the screen is clear and bright, the keyboard is firm and well nicely backlit, the camera is very good and use facial recognition to sign me in, it runs very cool and I have never heard the fan come on. The case is solid and the hinges on the screen apprear to be quite stout. The top of the screen housing has a camera on/off switch which is handy. Battery life appears to be approx. 9 hours with web browsing use.
