This was a great investment for my daughter heading off to college. The clarity on the screen is fantastic. Makes me want to purchase one for myself. I would purchase from this seller again. Loved they required a signature of delivery. I have been having issues with Amazon delivery. Seller keep up this excellent service and requirement of a signature of delivery.

Have had this heavy laptop for just under a month (it’s a bit bigger than just the screen size due to its framing), it continues to crash and refuses to get out of black screen display despite graphic card resets. It allows me to log in and then sometimes I’ll get a flash of my display, but it flashes back to black screen with my cursor visible. I can even toggle CTRL+ALT+DLT to check through tasks but nothing. And if not this, it shows that I’ve run into some problem and I need to reselect my country and reset my user. It worked fast and efficiently when it worked, and then it stopped working. All of this hassle plus a battery life of less than 2.5 hours doing minimal work has just not been worth the purchase. Would only recommend if you’re looking for a small desktop (not worth transit with it) or will keep it by a plugged in all its life, and you’re adept at continually going through back processes to clear.
