I am overall pleased with this laptop. I am a Lenovo consumer ( making this my 4th one), so my expectations may be higher than those who are unfamiliar with the brand. Generally out of the box , I was impressed. It looks good, feels good, and generally lives up to the brand.On the positive side: good keyboard, sleekness, enough storage for my needs . Lightweight, easy set-up if you are cloud backed up. Not too sure about the battery life yet… does not seem to allow more than 4 hours . Love the camera close feature. The audio is pretty standard for watching YouTube and listening to music 🎶 through the laptop . Again, pretty standard, but nice stuff for the price point!On the not so positive side: No manual of general instructions. I am still trying to find out why and where is the backlit access. The laptop opens with the backlit and that’s it! It turns off and not to be seen again until it closed and reopened . No manual included so, I’m puzzled, as this is one of the reasons for purchasing this particular laptop. I am still confused on the Office 365 offer for this model. There was a phone number listed, but I’ve not been able to get a response for customer service. I already have a subscription, but I needed to speak with a representative on how to use the new licence when my subscription runs out! I paid for lifetime license and would like that to be honored!Overall, this is a good value and I believe you will pleased if you don’t expect a gaming or business experience.

I'm still in my first week of ownership of the laptop but I do like the build and the firmness of the keyboard. It works great with a dock and works really well with a USB-C to a secondary display. That is one of the biggest benefits I view. It was cake to set up and get going. Just be aware the built in camera doesn't work for Hello Windows. The other thing I noticed it doesn't have a touch screen but personally I prefer that.
