I am so terribly disappointed with this product. It worked well initially. I have had it for 3 months (as it would have taken about 3 weeks to be delivered directly to me) and I am always very careful with my property. No one else uses it and I am protective and safe with my stuff. But on Saturday night while I attempted to close it, the frame around the screen began separating from the screen. I tried opening the laptop by pushing back the screen but I heard a scraping sound. I did not even realize until about 5 seconds later that the screen was separating from the keyboard. I took it to a friend to inquire what the problem might be. He told me that the hinge to open and close the laptop is broken. I now have to use my LAPTOP as a DESKTOP. Almost $500USD blown away. I got less than 4 months of use. I am so furious right now. Oh. And I can't return it because more than 30 days have passed. How do I commute to work with a laptop that is opened all the time? Also, NOTE, that Amazon referred me to the sellers, Halandy. Halandy referred me to Lenovo. Lenovo told me to send the laptop to them and I they will send me a quote for the repair work that needs to be done. This is so unjust, unfair. I just blew $500USD. And I cannot even do my work. Thanks Lenovo. Never me again. I never recommend you ever.

It was not what I expected.I thought the device was supposed to have great features and was supposed to be better than other options. However, the device was slow and stopped constantly. The start-up instructions were complicated. Also, it did not include the Office 365 license that was included in the purchase for free. I think that the characteristics of the processor is the cause of the problem.
