5.0 out of 5 stars Battery life not as good as expected
By Kit
I think that this is a great laptop but even with a dim screen, battery saver on, and Only a single program running, I find that the battery is draining quicker than expected. Like, doubly fast.It definitely lives longer than my old laptop AND it doesnt leave my home which is why I'm tolerant of that.Besides the battery life discrepancy this is a fantastic laptop for the price. I am a huge fan of the touch screen, Especially when watching movies in bed and I don't have the mouse. The laptop runs fast, it's nice and bright when you need it to be, I like the webcam cover and the Built-in microphone.I will try to do some more things to optimize the battery life.I would still highly recommend purchasing.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good quality Laptop
By Lance Windsor
I recently took the plunge and purchased the Lanova PC for someone in my life who isn’t particularly tech-savvy. What a fantastic decision that turned out to be! The setup process was a breeze—no confusing manuals or complicated installation steps. In just a few minutes, the PC was up and running, ready for use.Having never owned a Lanova PC before, I was pleasantly surprised by the build quality. It feels sturdy and reliable, as if it could easily stand the test of time. Everything from the sleek design to the responsive performance gives a sense of solid craftsmanship. I have a good feeling about this investment, as it seems to be tailored for those who prefer a straightforward user experience without compromising on quality. Overall, I’m thrilled with my choice and confident that this handy device will serve its purpose seamlessly!

great laptop for the price. The 16GB RAM and 512GB ssd provide smooth performance and the 180° hinge is a nice touch. Windows 11 runs well, and the sleek Silver Gray design looks premium. Highly recommend!

5.0 out of 5 stars Rocky setup, but end result was worth it

The media could not be loaded. When I first booted this laptop up, it presented me with a "defaultuser0" account that I didn't know the password to. I completely wiped this laptop's SSD and reinstalled Windows to play it safe, and after that it worked like a charm with regular setup. I did have to find drivers online for the touchpad afterward though.Getting at the SSD to do all of this was thankfully pretty easy, since the bottom panel was removable with a few tiny screws. I noticed that there is only a single slot for RAM in there, but it isn't soldered on so I was able to upgrade it with a 16 gig stick at least. The N97 is no gaming powerhouse but it plays some older titles still, and the laptop works great for work like emails and browsing the internet.
