3.0 out of 5 stars Definitely not worth $4,000
By Amazon Customer
I have used one of these, and its not that impressive, or even close to being worth full price. Granted at the current price of $569 its a great deal, but this laptop is no where near worth $4,000. Mid level specs, on board video processor. You can get an 18in gaming laptop with top of the line graphics, double the HDD storage and a AMD or Intel 9 AI processor for around $2,000. Go do some comparing you can get 3 times the laptop power for half the price.

1.0 out of 5 stars Lenovo records showed shipped to Nigeria 7 months ago.
By Feeder of Floyd
I registered the laptop with Lenovo. The registration showed the warranty had been active 7 months when Lenovo shipped it to NIGERIA!The warranty was already active through a company called Poly Molly.I called Lenovo for support to ask about the warranty. Lenovo rep said the laptop had originally been shipped to Nigeria 7 months ago and recommended in return the laptop. The item showed up as being Lenovo Store but for some reason was sold by "Poly Molly" store.I don't understand how this happened as the product I purchased was literally presenting the Lenovo store on the Amazon page. It did not show the Poly Molly as the seller. This is very disturbing that a new laptop may have been tampered with in a foreign country before being sold as new from manufacturer on Amazon. The photo shows what appears to be the residue from the security sticker for the laptop box having been removed and replaced.

great laptop for the price. The 16GB RAM and 512GB ssd provide smooth performance and the 180° hinge is a nice touch. Windows 11 runs well, and the sleek Silver Gray design looks premium. Highly recommend!

5.0 out of 5 stars Rocky setup, but end result was worth it

The media could not be loaded. When I first booted this laptop up, it presented me with a "defaultuser0" account that I didn't know the password to. I completely wiped this laptop's SSD and reinstalled Windows to play it safe, and after that it worked like a charm with regular setup. I did have to find drivers online for the touchpad afterward though.Getting at the SSD to do all of this was thankfully pretty easy, since the bottom panel was removable with a few tiny screws. I noticed that there is only a single slot for RAM in there, but it isn't soldered on so I was able to upgrade it with a 16 gig stick at least. The N97 is no gaming powerhouse but it plays some older titles still, and the laptop works great for work like emails and browsing the internet.
