Receive the laptop was impressed with its build. It came with a sound card issue. Could only hear half of the audio. The seller did not have a repair or replacement option so I had an opt for return. Sadly I was charged a 10% restocking fee. If the seller does not offer any type of replacement reimbursement I recommend not to purchase from Amazon as you will be charged for bad products.

Computer wise it's fine, seems to have good build quality, good performance, they didn't solder one of the RAM sticks in like they have with previous models.The bad is that there's some new worthless key advertising Microsoft's chatbot called Copilot, this replaced the context menu key. Lenovo put the context menu symbol below the advertisement logo for Copilot, but you cannot map that key back to the proper context menu key. The only thing you can remap it to is searching. No one wants this key. No one likes this key. No one uses this key. No one gets their computer out to play pattycake with a chatbot. No one asked to have their keyboard reinvented, if you want to put an advertising key on, make it separate from the keyboard or put it in the function row, don't remove a necessary key that is still frequently used by people. I should not have to download third party mapping software that will inevitably be broken by another Microsoft update as they desperately try to justify the cost of their low IQ chatbot.
