Screen - 5 starsKeyboard - 4 starsTrackpad - 3 starsAI deployment - 1 starThis is sold as an AI laptop but Microsoft’s AI features in windows consume so much RAM that 16 gigs are running at 80-90% most of the time. I had to find a back way to disable the AI features and now I’m running around 42%. I would just upgrade the RAM to 32GB but there is no upgrade option with the chips soldered to the motherboard.

Laptop shuts itself off even when fully charged. I cannot restart unless I hold the power button down for a few minutes to discharge the battery then recharge again. Will be contacting Amazon and Lenovo for a claim.
