The media could not be loaded. I bought this computer two years ago. It lasted me two years, until I had my cell phone propped up against the screen. The phone slid, hit the keyboard then the screen quit working. The screws on the bottom of the computer kept coming loose and some of the screws on the inside had come loose. It was covered under the Assurion warranty I purchased, although the process was a pain in the behind. I had to wait over a week for them to tell me they were unable to order parts to get it repaired.The display/screen lid is flexible, able to open the lid all the way to the back.My favorite feature on this computer is the adjustable cover on the camera lens. Also I love this version of the Windows PC notepad. You can open multiple tabs in the notepad just like on the computer browser and when you close then notepad it automatically saves everything. I will probably end up getting the same computer or the newest equivalent as long as it has all the same features as this one has. It has a fast processor and plenty of storage. Would be great if it had a CD-ROM drive.
