1.0 out of 5 stars Dead after 2.5 months and won't turn on - Lenovo sending a tech to our house
By Evolution
Purchased 7/7/2025 for my daughter to start to college. In less than a month it would not turn on. After a lot of troubleshooting, we used a paperclip to reset the laptop and it was able to turn on.Now 9/22/2025, the laptop has died again. Paperclip is not working this time. Called tech support. amber line in either USB-C charging ports will not turn on. Had me plug the charger into my tablet and it is charging my tablet, so after more troubleshooting they said it's likely the motherboard. They are sending a tech to our house to fix the laptop. This was rated as reliable and solid, but we are already have problems in less than a month and now in 2.5 months it's completely dead and my daughter has an exam today and is stressed out because her laptop won't work. This is my first Lenovo product and likely my last...

5.0 out of 5 stars Great for everyday use and casual gaming

As someone who enjoys gaming and often juggles multiple tasks, this laptop has been a great fit for my needs. The large Full screen really stands out. it makes watching videos and playing games feel immersive and smooth. Also, impressed with how quickly it starts up and handles apps, even when switching between assignments, streaming, and casual web browsing. It’s been a reliable companion so far.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great value, run smooth and looks cool!

I've been daily using it and I'm loving it. This laptop handles everything smooth without any lag even with multiple apps and multiple tabs open. I regularly have 20+ chrome tabs open along with other apps like teams, slack, Illustrator, etc and it just keeps running smooth. The design looks slick, nice and thin with metal finish. To be honest it feels way more expensive than it is.Battery lasts me through most of the workday, its decent, around 5~6 hours working without charging.Overall its a great pick if you don't want to spend too much and need a powerful laptop.
