I'll start with the bad stuff first. Two days after my return window closed, the charger for this laptop stopped working. I was worried it was the computer's hardware, but after some testing, I bought a new charger for $50.Other points - the battery life could be better on the base battery. I get 4 hours on a charge. Also, be aware of the screen brightness. The screen is very hard to read in high-light environments. See if you can get the upgraded screen. It's worth the extra money for a higher resolution and max brightness.That said, I use this laptop for legal work that requires a lot of screen real estate and RAM for multitasking. I also do light gaming; this laptop has been a champ. Make sure to allocate RAM to graphics. I still saved money over other laptops because this is an excellent power-for-cash value. Just be aware that the build quality of the accessories may not be up to par with that of other manufacturers.Cheers.

I was concerned originally reading these reviews, about the laptop being for another region. The laptop arrived in great condition and new in box. I took it out and it has worked perfectly since day one. I ran all windows updates, updates bios, and adjusted the region time and things work perfectly. It’s definitely worth the price.
