The media could not be loaded. When I first booted this laptop up, it presented me with a "defaultuser0" account that I didn't know the password to. I completely wiped this laptop's SSD and reinstalled Windows to play it safe, and after that it worked like a charm with regular setup. I did have to find drivers online for the touchpad afterward though.Getting at the SSD to do all of this was thankfully pretty easy, since the bottom panel was removable with a few tiny screws. I noticed that there is only a single slot for RAM in there, but it isn't soldered on so I was able to upgrade it with a 16 gig stick at least. The N97 is no gaming powerhouse but it plays some older titles still, and the laptop works great for work like emails and browsing the internet.
Its good runs fast and has space, works for school
The media could not be loaded. I bought this laptop for my daughter to take online classes, and it has been a great choice. The storage capacity is perfect for beginners. It boots up quickly and runs with low noise. The silver color looks really cool. The 17.3-inch screen is also great for watching movies, with excellent clarity. Overall, it's a solid entry-level laptop!
Laptop was slim and not a bad weight for the bigger platform. Keys are quiet and work well. Has a nice clear picture and the speed is sufficient. However my one complaint would be the mouse pad has failed a couple times and had to turn it off and back on. Not sure if it's a mouse pad issues or what but it hasn't done it a while. Works great with live stream I use it for my YouTube. May send back for another and see if it has the mouse pad issues. Stay tuned
