Arrived quickly and it was easy to set up and get going. Runs a little slow given that it has 32gb of RAM, but that may be a software issue or that it just needs time to break in. My old 8gb Lenovo is much faster. Otherwise, happy with it so far.

It works but it is slow in performance. This model was first produced in 2008. Its use will be mostly limited to PowerPoint presentations so it will be fine but I doubt if you wanted speed this isn’t it. It will also have one genealogical database and it bogs down at times running that software.Follow-upI heard from the company and they offered a rebate or return of the computer. I took the rebate offer since I had set up the computer for my purposes that took considerable time. I only use this laptop for presentations and it accomplishes that without any problems even though I have several applications opened at the same time. Performance didn’t deteriorate with multiple applications opened as I had originally feared. Probably tweaking bloated Windows 11 helped.
